How can I make the new products of my own design?

If you need to make a new product,better for the customer to provide actual samples or production drawings, indicating the material,finish, quantity, packaging requirements and other details. Our engineering will calculate the mold cost ( If necessary), sample cost, unit price,lead time,etc.

Can we get free sample?

Yes,if small piece such as shower door knob,glass bracket,but need to pay for the transport cost yourself.

What about the lead time?

Stock sample can send out within 2 day,if not in stock will take more time. production time of normal order depends on the specific item and quantity of the order,usually 15-30 days.

What is your normal packing?

Most items such as shower hinge,glass door lock are individual packing with white box or kraft paper box,some small piece is several pieces in one box,then put in paper carton.

Can we make our logo on the products?

Yes,we can make your logo on the products by laser,but need to provide authorization letter or other supporting documents.

Can you make the color inner box with our logo?

yes,but can not be small quantity order,also need to provide source files, and the cost will increase.

How about the payment term and how can I pay?

Normal payment term is 30% deposit,the blance paid off before shipment. Payment method: a).T/T (Telegraphic transfer) b)Western Union. c).Paid via alibaba online. d).Other way accepted by both parties.
